History

Peter Holding – a shareholder in the holding company – at one point came up with the idea of why not open the complex. It might appeal to a lot of rock fans as well as gambling enthusiasts. Hard Rock Casino began its operation in 1995, and after 2 years it was necessary to expand, this is due to the fact that at that time the popularity of gambling activity was enormous.  And 10 years later there was another upgrade.

It is worth noting that the casino hotel made history in the music industry, primarily because of the original concept. But it was also due to an unfortunate incident when the bass player of The Who died due to a drug overdose. Since 2008 the casino and the hotel have been used for the shooting of numerous internationally known films.
